TE Connectivity / Holsworthy RQ73 Thin Film Resistors
TE Connectivity's RQ73 Thin Film Resistors are built using high-grade raw materials and laser trimmed to give precise tolerance figures. These automotive grade thin film precision chip resistors include a special passivation layer on resistive element. The RQ73 thin film resistors are coupled with the tight TCR and anti-corrosive protection layer. This combination brings the range of resistors that are ideal not just for automotive, but also for medical equipment, measuring instruments, and industrial applications. The RQ73 resistors are AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliant.
